# Project Timeline and Phases

The implementation of the OTA Double Opt-In (DOI) solution follows a hybrid project delivery approach. The engagement is structured as a **Proof of Concept (POC)** designed to validate the solution's effectiveness before a wider rollout.

* **Total Duration:** 3 Months (POC Phase)
* **Kick-off:** Immediately following contract award.
* **Conclusion:** Submission of Final Report and ROI analysis.
