# Roles and Contributors

The following roles are the primary signatories and stakeholders authorizing the specification and implementation of the OTA Double Opt-In Proof of Concept.

| **Technical Lead**    | Technical direction and solution validation.          |

### Operational Roles & Responsibilities

The successful delivery of the POC relies on a clear division of labor between the Vendor (EBS) and MTN Nigeria.

#### Vendor (EBS) Responsibilities

* **Solution Deployment:** Installation and configuration of the PSM and OTA DOI solution.
* **Integration:** Managing the technical connections with MTN’s OTA and VAS platforms.
* **Support:** Providing 24/7 technical support and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* **Reporting:** Delivery of weekly performance reports and the final POC ROI analysis.

#### MTN Nigeria Responsibilities

* **Environment Provisioning:** Providing the necessary Test and Production environments.
* **Subscriber Segmentation:** Defining the test segments for the POC.
* **Access Management:** Granting necessary access to monitoring tools and network segments.
* **UAT Validation:** Conducting User Acceptance Testing to verify solution performance against business requirements.
