Roles and Contributors

The roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders involved in the development and management of the EBS Pay Project are listed below.

Project Team (Implementation & Delivery Phase – 1 Month)

These roles collectively ensure that all Must-have features (wallet funding, bill payments, commission system, admin reconciliation, and UI redesign) are delivered within the project timeline.

Project Manager / Coordinator	Oversees project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication. Ensures milestones are met and risks are tracked through to resolution.
Product Owner	Defines and prioritizes features, manages the product backlog, and ensures all deliverables align with business goals and user needs.
Business Analyst	Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Works closely with developers and testers to validate use cases.
UI/UX Designer	Designs user interfaces for the Customer, Retailer, and Admin apps. Focuses on improving usability, accessibility, and responsive design across all devices.
Frontend Developers	Build responsive web and mobile interfaces (React/Next.js, React Native) for Customer, Retailer, and Admin modules. Integrate with backend APIs and wallet systems.
Backend Developers	Implement wallet logic, transaction management, API integrations (bills, transfers), and role-based access controls. Ensure security, audit logging, and scalability.
QA/Test Engineer	Conducts functional, integration, and regression testing for all modules. Validates wallet operations, payment APIs, and commission calculations.
Compliance & Security Officer	Ensures all wallet and payment processes meet AML/KYC and data protection requirements. Oversees fraud checks and audit compliance.
