🔭Project Scope

The scope of the LSLB-CMS project is to develop a secure, scalable CMS to automate gaming license applications and renewals for the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA), enhancing efficiency and compliance.

The scope of the CMS project clearly defines what features and functionalities are to be delivered, as well as those that are intentionally excluded to maintain focus and ensure timely delivery.

In-Scope Items

The following features are included in the project:

• A web portal for gaming license applications and renewals.

• Functionality for applicants to upload and validate required documents, such as CAC forms and tax certificates.

• Administrative workflows that allow LSLGA staff to review, approve, or reject applications.

• Automated notifications to keep applicants updated on their application status.

• Integration with payment systems for secure transaction processing.

• A dashboard for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to application processing.

Out of Scope Items

The following are not included in this phase of the project:

• Physical hardware infrastructure setup.

• Migration of data from legacy systems unless specifically requested.
