Support & Maintenance
Ongoing support and maintenance are key to ensuring the intranet remains functional, relevant, and aligned with evolving organizational needs. The structure in place allows for both technical updates and user-driven support.
Platform Updates
All platform updates — including feature enhancements, bug fixes, and UI improvements — are handled by the development team. These updates are implemented directly on the Frappe framework and are part of a continuous improvement cycle.
Support Ticketing (Zoho Integration)
Users can raise support requests or report issues directly through the Support section on the intranet. These tickets are automatically linked to Zoho Desk, where they are tracked, assigned, and resolved by the support or development team based on priority.
Content Review and Governance
Content across departments (news, policies, resources, etc.) is periodically reviewed by the content managers. While not frequent, updates are made as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance. Departments may also raise content change requests through the same support workflow.
