The scope of the Intranet Project encompasses the design, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of a centralized internal platform for EBS Limited. This intranet serves as a digital workspace to streamline communication, improve information access, and promote collaboration across departments.

In-Scope Items

The project includes the following core components:

• Development of a multi-page intranet platform using HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, powered by the Frappe Framework.

• Design and implementation of the homepage and key internal sections, including:

  • Homepage

  • Department Pages (PMO, HR, IT, Jollof, Sales & Distribution, CRM, Procurement, Admin)

  • CEO’s Office Page

  • Projects Section

• Integration of core homepage features:

  • Company updates and announcements

  • EBS Calendar

  • Staff Birthday Corner

  • Team Photos Section

  • Forms & Templates Repository

  • Top Resources

  • Team Directory

  • FAQs and Support

• Zoho Platform Integration for handling support tickets, enabling users to log IT or general support issues directly from the intranet and track resolution progress.

• Content hosting, data storage, and user access management through the Frappe backend.

• Continuous updates and maintenance of intranet pages and content (ongoing activity).

• Hosting and deployment within the existing ERP infrastructure, managed directly on the Frappe environment.

Out-of-Scope Items

• Integration with third-party productivity or chat tools (outside Zoho integration).

• Development of native mobile apps (outside mobile responsiveness).

• Custom analytics and performance dashboards.

• Multi-language or localization support.
