  2. Sandbox Environment Setup

    1. Sandbox environment provisioned by Interswitch

    2. Connectivity established between Lighway systems and Interswitch Sandbox APIs

    3. Initial end-to-end test offer retrieval, loan acceptance, and repayment notification in Sandbox

  3. Core Services Development

    1. Build Lightway Eligibility & Offer Orchestration Service

    2. Implement Loan Acceptance Flow (validations + ILS API Integration)

    3. Configure Repayment Notification Handling

    4. Internal testing of business logic with mock data

  4. Sandbox Testing & Validation

    1. End-to-end integration tests with Interswitch sandbox

    2. Test repayment reconciliation flows

    3. Validate error handling, retries, and audit logging

    4. Stakeholder sign-off on sandbox results

  5. Production Readiness Setup

    1. Request & provision Production Environment Access from Interswitch

    2. Secure API keys, credentials and endpoints

    3. Update Lightway environment configs for Production

  6. Production Deployment

    1. Deploy Lightway services to Production environment

    2. Enable production connection to ILS APIs (get-offers, accept-offer, repayment callback)

    3. Perform limited pilot/soft launch with real users

  7. Pilot Testing & Monitoring

    1. Monitor live loan offers, acceptance, and repayment flows in Production

    2. Validate reconciliation with Core Banking and GL

    3. Confirm compliance & audit logging standards

    4. Resolve early feedback/issues

  8. Full Go-Live
