PMO Lead - Demi **Primary Responsibilities:** * Provided overall project governance and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Defined scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Monitored progress against milestones and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. * Facilitated cross-team communication between business units, technical teams, and external partners. * Ensured compliance with PMO standards and reporting requirements. ### 2. Technical Lead - Taofeeq **Primary Responsibilities:** * Oversaw logistics and procurement (bike purchase, branded t-shirts). * Led system go-live (pilot deployment). * Managed integration with MTN MoMo Service. * Collaborated with QA and UAT teams for testing and validation. * Ensured smooth operations during platform rollouts and third-party service integration. ### 3. Timothy - Mobile App Developer **Primary Responsibilities:** * Developed and implemented wallet management, transaction management and commission management features. * Ensured platform security, authentication and role based access control. * Drove overall technical execution of the website landing page and related modules * Provided technical support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live. ### 4.
