Project Scope
The scope of NIPOST Project encompasses the design, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of a comprehensive telecommunications service delivery platform integrating MTN Nigeria, NIPOST infrastructure, and EBS Technology solutions. This platform serves as a centralized customer acquisition and service activation gateway to streamline telecommunications services, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service accessibility across Nigeria's 36 states.
In-Scope Items
The project includes the following core components:
Development of a comprehensive telecommunications service platform using secure APIs and modern web technologies, powered by enterprise-grade infrastructure and NIPOST's nationwide outlet network.
Design and implementation of core platform modules and operational interfaces, including:
MTN Vending App - Direct Service Distribution Platform
MTN Activation on the Go - MTN Service Activation Interface
Customer Service:
Real-time SIM card activation and registration
Router sales and configuration management
Multi-service activation support (voice, data, broadband)
Automated customer onboarding and KYC verification
Distribution & Support Infrastructure:
NIPOST outlet integration for physical service delivery
Agent network management and support system
Home service delivery coordination
Virtual customer service capabilities
Technical support ticketing system
Out-of-Scope Items
Integration with non-MTN telecommunications services or competitors
Multi-language localization beyond English and major Nigerian languages
Social media platform integrations outside of customer support channels
