The MTN NIPOST - EBS Africa & MTN Nigeria is a strategic partnership between EBS and MTN Nigeria to implement a comprehensive customer acquisition and service delivery platform. Utilizing NIPOST's nationwide infrastructure and MTN's telecommunications network, this project aims to create a unified platform for efficient telecommunications service delivery across Nigeria, all developed by EBS.

This collaboration is particularly focused on enhancing digital connectivity and service accessibility throughout Nigeria's 36 states.

The platform enables MTN Nigeria to provide fast, reliable, affordable, and customer-centric telecommunications services including SIM card activation, router sales, and digital services to individuals and businesses across Nigeria through both physical NIPOST outlets and virtual delivery channels.

This project consists of 2 sub-projects:

MTN Activation on the Go

A premium service offering by EBS where customers can purchase MTN products and services with home delivery and complete activation support - all done without leaving home.

Service Offerings:

  • MTN Gadget Sales: MTN MiFi devices, MTN 5G routers, and other MTN hardware.

  • SIM Card Services: Purchase, registration, and activation of new SIM cards at your convenience.

  • Home Delivery: Physical delivery of purchased items to customer's location

  • Premium Support: White-glove customer service experience

MTN Vending App

It is also known as EBS Pay. EBS Pay is a mobile application designed to revolutionize how customers purchase and manage MTN services through a comprehensive digital platform.

This project was implemented to serve:

  • Individual consumers for personal mobile services

  • Small businesses managing multiple lines

  • Travelers needing global mobile credit access
