Key Roles
1. Demilade Dinakin - Project Owner & Manager
Overall project ownership and accountability.
Managing project coordination across stakeholders.
Tracking timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Facilitating communication between Lightway Finance, PCX, and external partners.
Ensuring project aligns with Lightway Finance’s business objectives.
2. Technical Lead (Integration Partner) - PCX
Lead systems integration across Lightspark, ClearBank, and MFB APIs.
Provide middleware services for transaction orchestration, data transformation, and monitoring.
Ensure API and SDK implementations are secure, scalable, and compliant.
Support end-to-end testing and issue resolution.
3. Technology Partner - Lightspark
Provide SDKs and APIs (Lightning Connect, UMA).
Host and manage the Lightspark Grid for Lightning node operations.
Ensure network scalability, uptime, and transaction routing.
Provide technical support for UMA implementation.
4. Banking Partner - ClearBank (UK)
Provide GBP on/off-ramp services via API integration.
Manage GBP liquidity, settlements, and compliance with UK regulations.
Ensure seamless connection with Lightway Finance’s platform.
5. Banking Partner - Lightway MFB
Provide NGN on/off-ramp services via API integration.
Manage instant deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian financial regulations (CBN).
6. Compliance & Risk Oversight - Lightway Finance Team
Oversee KYC/AML processes for UK and Nigeria corridors.
Monitor transaction flows for fraud and unusual activities.
Ensure adherence to both local and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
7. Quality Assurance Testing - All Team (PCX, Lightway & Partners)
Conduct functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Validate performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Provide go-live readiness assessment.
