## Key Deliverables

The project will deliver both technical components and operational enablers required for **cross-border transfers using the Bitcoin Lightning Network (BLN) and UMAs**. Deliverables are grouped into core system outputs, supporting tools, and documentation.

#### Core Deliverables

1. **Lightspark Integration**
   * Deployment of **Lightspark SDKs/APIs** (Lightning Connect, UMA).
   * Active **Lightway Lightning Node** on the Lightspark Grid.
   * Automated UMA creation and linking to customer accounts.
2. **NGN On/Off-Ramp**
   * Secure integration with **Lightway’s Microfinance Bank APIs**.
   * Real-time NGN funding, settlement, and withdrawal functionality.
3. **GBP On/Off-Ramp**
   * Established integration with **ClearBank APIs**.
   * GBP deposit and payout capability for UK customers.
4. **Customer Platform Enhancements**
   * Registration flow with **automatic UMA assignment**.
   * Customer dashboard for initiating and tracking transfers.
   * End-to-end user experience for cross-border NGN–GBP payments.
5. **Admin Interface**
   * Web-based admin dashboard to monitor the Lightspark node.
   * Functions for funding channels, tracking balances, and generating reports.
   * Alerts for liquidity, failures, and system downtime.

## Supporting Deliverables

* **Integration Layer (PCX)**: Middleware for seamless data and payment flows between Lightspark, ClearBank, and MFB APIs.
* **Compliance & Security Framework**: KYC/AML processes, transaction monitoring, and regulatory adherence.
* **Testing & QA Environment**: End-to-end testing framework for functionality, performance, and security validation.
* **Training Sessions**: Knowledge transfer sessions for Lightway Finance staff on UMA handling, system monitoring, and escalation.
