To address this, MTN has partnered with TECH5 to implement an innovative Customer Deduplication System that combines advanced biometric technology with intelligent data processing.

This transformative solution leverages TECH5's globally proven biometric technologies including OMNIMATCH ABIS 1:N deduplication engine and Passive Liveness Detection System—integrated through EBS's specialized middleware platform. The system processes facial recognition and fingerprint data to identify duplicate customers instantly while maintaining the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.

The Customer Deduplication System delivers:
